Here are workshops that are available to you and your organization:

 

Community Building 101- This workshop offer the participants an opportunity to learn more about what it means to build community in the workplace. You will look at the culture of your organization, identify some challenges, and come up with a plan that centers on the three components that help create a stronger workplace community.

Individual or Team Training- Team building is an ongoing process. This workshop is specifically designed to help you or your organization build a stronger team foundation. Participants will work together to come up with a plan for building a stronger community within the team using tools that assess the current and future culture of the organization, the challenges that the team is facing, and a strategy to begin the process of team building.

Can't We All Just Get Along? This workshop offer you the opportunity to learn a new strategy for keeping yourself balanced when others are causing chaos and disruption. Learn the three steps that can help you create a little peace and help people get along better with each other.

 



Do you like fables? There is a story about a man who was very successful at business. This workshop tells the tale of how stone soup, an oyster and GPS helped him become the person he is today.
